In this revamp I started by revamping some basic stuff like the coloured flags around Skyloft's bazaar as they looked rough around the edges and then I slowly but surely moved on to making bigger and bigger changes and eventually decided I'm going to revamp the game's textures as best as I can and possibly see if more people are interested in my project to offer support. At one stage in development I had a breakthrough in my attempts to deal with the Depth of Field effect Skyward Sword uses to make distant objects appear painted. The effect doesn't look very good at a higher resolutions so after a lot of trying different builds of dolphin I found that we can disable Skyward Sword's depth of field effect entirely by using some simple code (which will be provided on demand) in the game's config. I will try to have everything sorted and easy to find in the development blog below. If I miss something, let me know and I will try my best to provide it. See all of my slightly dated development screenshots here.
